Google Play Store is Down For Android Users

Google Play Store appears to have gone down with an internal server error. Many users around the world that are trying to access Google Play Store to download their favorite Apps or games were left with a “Server Error” message followed by “Error retrieving information from server”.

Why is Google Play Store Down?

At the moment, the reason for the down time is really not known since Google hasn’t made any official statements yet. Android users have stormed onto social media websites by sharing the issue they are facing.

I retried after clearing cache..No change..
I cleared data..Now on opening playstore says server issue
