Avengers Endgame Earning Record Touch 1.2 Billion Dollars Globally
Avengers: Endgame in just five days released record earning in worldwide.
In the United States, the Marvel Superhero movie estimated reached 350 million dollars in the opening weekend. At last year Avengers-Infinity War record 257.6 million.
Opening in 4,662 theaters, it was expected that “Endgame” would follow a similar pattern, earning between $60,000 and $65,000 per theater. Instead, it earned an average of $75,075 per theater.
Disney’s franchise films have steadily dominated the box offices in recent years. Star Wars: The Force Awakens set records in 2015 with a $517 million haul worldwide on its opening weekend, Black Panther drew in $426 million on its opening weekend (and quickly hit the $1 billion mark), while last year’s Avengers: Infinity War earned $630 million on its opening weekend and became the fastest movie ever to cross the $1 billion mark.
